  2. Our team cuts out the subject, retouches imperfections, adjusts contrast if needed.
  3. You receive the mockup by email within 48 hours. Approve or request free adjustments.
  4. Production and shipping from our European workshops. Delivery within 7 to 14 days.

Quality, fabric, dimensions

Each photo pillow is printed in high definition (1200 dpi) on soft velvet on the visible side, with a matching plain back. Polyester fiber filling, non-removable cover. Three sizes available: S (~30 cm), M (~45 cm), L (~60 cm). Single-sided or double-sided print.

What photo quality do I need for a custom pillow?

A sharp photo, taken in daylight if possible, with the pet well visible and centered. Avoid dark or blurry images. Our team retouches imperfections (background, contrast, light shadows) for free. If there's a major doubt, we contact you before production.

How much does a custom photo pillow cost?

Between £25 and £65 (€28 and €75) according to size (S/M/L), print mode (single or double-sided) and pet chosen. Photo retouching and mockup included in all prices.

How long until I receive my pillow?

Allow 2 to 3 days for the email mockup, then 5 to 7 days of production, then 2 to 3 days of shipping. Approximately 7 to 14 days overall for France and EU.

Can I order a pillow with multiple pets on the same photo?

Yes. Choose the "All pets" category and mention it in the order note. We adapt the cut-out and the shape so they appear together.

Is the pillow made in Europe?

Yes. Printing and crafting take place in our partner workshops in Europe (France and EU). Premium velvet, premium polyester filling.
