Question 1

What photo quality do I need for a custom pet pillow (any pet)?

Accepted Answer

A sharp photo, taken in daylight if possible, with the pet well visible and centered. Avoid dark or blurry images. Our team retouches imperfections (background, contrast, light shadows) for free. If there's a major doubt, we contact you before production.

Question 2

How much does a custom pet pillow (any pet) cost?

Accepted Answer

Between €32.90 and €86.90 according to size (30, 40, 50 or 60 cm). Double-sided print, photo retouching and mockup included in all prices.

Question 3

Is the back of the pillow printed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every pillow is printed on both sides: the back shows the same photo, mirrored. It is not your pet's actual back, but the pillow looks right whichever side faces you.

Question 4

How long until I receive my pillow?

Accepted Answer

Allow 2 to 3 days for the email mockup, then 5 to 7 days of production, then 2 to 3 days of shipping. Approximately 7 to 14 days overall for France and EU.

Question 5

Is the pillow designed in France?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The design is made in France: your photo is retouched and your proof is drawn by our team in France. Production is entrusted to partner workshops selected for the quality of their printing and sewing. Premium velvet, premium polyester filling.

Question 6

How to wash the pillow?

Accepted Answer

Hand or machine wash at 30°C / 86°F, delicate cycle. Flat dry. Avoid tumble drying to preserve the velvet and the high-definition print.
